Kawjo Foundation is celebrating a sweet milestone. We just harvested 7 big bunches of bananas from our aquaculture and agriculture-integrated farm. This is where we are growing more than just food, we are growing a vision. Alongside our six fishponds, we are cultivating vegetables, sugarcane, and more, all using climate-smart farming practices.
We are turning this space into a Community Demonstration Center and a hub for training women and youth in Lilongwe and nearby areas in sustainable, integrated aquaculture and agriculture.
