Prossy Sheila Kawala is a Non-Profit leader, Social Entrepreneur, skilled Resource Mobiliser and strategic communicator with more than 15years’ experience in the Media, Civil Society and Non-Profit Sector.

Prossy is passionate about rights-based approaches in enhancing civic engagement with a bias for Gender Equality and Women Empowerment as well as Youth Leadership and Empowerment. She is a dynamic team player and collaborator, with the zeal to excel in diverse environments. Prossy holds a master’s in Business Administration from the Roxbourgh Institute of Social Entrepreneurs Switzerland and is currently engaged with the World University Service of Canada as an international volunteer.
